Mini Desserts - May 2015 Soap Challenge

Greetings from Pasadena, NL Canada!

Amy's Soap Challenge Members have inspired me month after month with amazing entries, following strict guidelines. It is those members that make it all possible: the friendly competition; helpful tips; glowing complements; and creative spark. This month, I just had to join you. This is my very first soap challenge. Let's hope I can live up to your standards!

My May 2015 Entry:

From left to right...

Candy Bar Cheesecake Square. Gingerbread Snowball. Neopolitan Truffle. Oatmeal Chip Sandwhich Cookie.

Food ingredients used: coconut milk, molasses.

All soaps are made using the cp method, with the sandwhich cookie having been rebatched from a bar of Oatmeal and Honey soap.

It never dawned on me that entering the soap challenge would require following guidelines that I otherwise never follow. For instance, I may start out with a plan to make a rainbow soap, have the fragrance turn my lovely blue sky green, and suddenly I have 'Fresh Forest' soap instead. Rarely do I have a soap that turns out exactly as planned! What was I thinking? Entering a challenge... with rules... yikes!

It's been fun. Thanks for the challenge. Can't wait to see everyone else's bubbly forkfuls:)
